Shipping Policy

• Once you place an order, we start processing orders for shipment immediately. We will be unable to make any changes, cancel or alter your order after it has been placed once.
• You will receive a shipment confirmation within 2 business days based on the the lead time of the product and the availability of stock. Based on where you live shipping may take 2-5 business days from the day it has been shipped via our logistics partners.
• Please enter your address carefully. As mentioned earlier, since we cannot make changes once you have confirmed the order. Sanemi Designs Pvt Ltd. will not be held responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by you.
• If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can’t find it OR your package is delayed, please contact us by email ([email protected]) with the tracking number. We will investigate the case and provide support.
